    The Yanmar ViO55 is a 5.5-ton zero-tail-swing compact excavator powered by a Yanmar 4TNV84T-ZMBV turbocharged diesel engine, delivering 33.4 kW net power and meeting Tier 4 Final / Stage V emission standards. Operating weight ranges from 5,255 to 5,565 kg depending on configuration, with a bucket capacity of 0.16 m³. The true zero-tail-swing design allows the machine to work in confined spaces without worrying about tail swing hitting obstacles, with a boom swing angle of ±68°. Maximum digging depth is 4,115 mm, maximum digging reach is 6,140 mm, and bucket digging force is 41.9 kN. Travel speeds are 4.2 / 2.2 km/h (high/low), with a swing speed of 10 rpm. The load-sensing hydraulic system features a main pump flow of 45.8 L/min × 2 and a system pressure of 24.5 MPa. Standard Eco mode and automatic engine idle reduce fuel consumption significantly compared to previous models.
