Our 300 series fixed tooth brush mulcher for excavators, with adequate flow, the MX330 brush mulcher will efficiently cut heavy vegetation and light brush using high speed teeth. The concave shaped carbide tip provides aggressive brush mulching action by chipping the brush bit by bit. Part of the secret of their performance is the ease of rotating the teeth so there is always a sharp edge to make mulching easier. With the built-in control and precision of the excavator, mulching around objects is not a problem, whether it’s in a ditch or overhead. A relief valve is provided to protect the motor and the hydraulic systems from pressure spikes. When obstacle hits the relief valve, the valve is opened and the pressure is relieved. Integrated skid shoes are provided to help the brush mulcher to better float over the ground for optimal mulching action. A heavy-duty reinforced belt delivers the force from the gear box to the rotor. The rotor bearings are factory lubricated with a lithium or lithium complex base grease which is suitable for this application.
