Pricing & Payment • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. • Prices are subject to change without notice. • Payment is due at the time of purchase via approved methods (credit card, ACH, etc.). • Sales tax will be applied to Texas residents in accordance with state tax laws. 4. Sales Tax We are required by law to collect sales tax in states where we have nexus (a tax connection), in accordance with both state and federal regulations. Sales Tax Collection • We collect and remit sales tax in Texas and any other U.S. states where required by law. • Tax rates are based on the shipping address provided at checkout and may vary by state, county, or city. • If your order is being shipped to a state where we do not collect sales tax, you may be responsible for paying a use tax to your local taxing authority. Product Compatibility & Installation • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure part compatibility with their machine. • We are not responsible for incorrect installations or misuse of any part purchased through our store. • We recommend professional installation by certified technicians. 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use any product purchased from our site. 9.
