The cutting units have been completely refurbished from top to bottom. The right, left, and center decks were fully disassembled, sandblasted, and powder-coated. The right and left winglets on the center deck are brand new.
New deck components include:
-Chambers
-Pulleys and belts
-Belt tensioners
-Pivot-arm idler shafts and idlers
-Anti-scalp rollers
-Roller shafts and hardware
All 11 spindle assemblies have been rebuilt with new spindle shafts, bearings, bushings, seals, blades, and anti-scalp cups.
Additional updates include:
-10 new caster forks with bushings
-New pneumatic tires, wheels, and bearings
-New height-of-cut spacers and cap assemblies
-New lift-arm pins and bushings on the center and wing decks
-New hydraulic-cylinder pivot pins and bushings
-New yoke joints with bearings
-New front metallic brake discs
-New right-side planetary
-Rebuilt left-side planetary
Two new center-deck hydraulic lift cylinders
A full oil service was completed in November 2024.
This machine has received extensive refurbishment and is ready to go to work.
