Robert BTL Distribution bucket, available in 1.1m³ to 1.9m³ The main advantages of the BTL (corresponding pictures above): 1 • Wear slats Steel wear skates prevent premature wear of the base of the bucket. 2 • Flat link chain conveyor 80/12 flat link chain conveyor provides a significantly longer service life than conventional chains of the "marine" type. 3 • Effective bale separators Bale separators equipped with anti-wind housings arranged in the interior of the body. 4 • Hardox steel wear blade In order to permit long-term operation without damaging your bucket, the entire BT range is equipped, as standard, with a bevelled HARDOX steel wear blade and wear skates of thickness 20 mm and hardness 500 H.B. 5 • Bale separator drive High-capacity separator motor for the efficient separation of any type of any type. 6 • Bolted hitch gear Bolted hitch gear permits the offset of the bucket, and facilitates a straight for ward transfer to any type of carrier machine at a later date, with no necessity for modification. 7 • Variable conveyor speed The conveyor is driven by an oil-immersed gearbox equipped with a variable speed hydraulics motor. 8 • Rotation indicator Conveyor rotation speed indicator 9 • Reinforced bucket In order to permit intensive long-term use, the bucket is equipped with reinforcements for the prevention of any strain. 10 • Conveyor tension For the adjustment of the conveyor tension, the tensioner is arranged on the exterior of the body. 11 • Hydraulic plate A hydraulic plate with independent solenoid valve-controlled opening ensures perfect leak-tightness during transport and permits an optimum offset during distribution.
