Toro launched three new products for landscape contractors, the Z Master Revolution and the Grandstand Revolution, and a Z Master 7500-D with a 144-inch (365-centimeter) cutting deck, at the recent GIE+EXPO 2021 held last month in Louisville, Kentucky. This was the last year for the GIE+EXPO, which in 2022 will become Equip Exposition.

About The Z Master 7500-D 144

The Z Master 7500-D 144 has a 144-inch cutting deck and adapts automatically to changing terrain by choosing the right operating mode through the Horizon onboard intelligence platform. In addition to selecting operating modes, the technology monitors engine oil temperature and pressure to reduce fuel costs. The mowing deck wings can fold up to 83 in. (210 cm) and can flex up to 20 degrees and down to 15 degrees. Built for durability, the mower also features a protective engine hood, bullnose bumper, 250-pound Warner clutch, and 7-gauge deck.

More Revolution Series Machines

Each Revolution Series mower comes with patent-pending software in the controls for smooth operation, an adjustable deck rake, drive speed control options, and blade tip speed settings. The Revolution Series is powered by Toro’s HyperCell Power System, which is built to run cooler than traditional power systems and features a Battery Management System to maximize productivity.

The Z Master Revolution combines Toro’s commercial-grade Z Master 4000 Series frame with the Turbo Force deck, and MyRIDE suspension system. It is powered by the HyperCell Power System.

The GrandStand Revolution stand-on mower has a flip-up platform, a Turbo Force deck with adjustable baffle, and dual capture anti-scalp rollers. It runs on HyperCell batteries and uses a rubber discharge chute to clear obstacles and disperse clippings.

Optional Software

The new mowers are all compatible with Toro’s Horizon360 business software for landscape contractors, which tracks productivity, automates billing, and improves time management. The software can produce proof of service, job notes and office notes, and has a bilingual phone app for communication on scheduling, weather events, and multiple crews.
